Dear YLOHR Attendance App User,

When you choose to delete your data on YLOHR Attendance App, we want to make it clear which information will be removed from our system. By clicking "Delete My Data" in the app, you authorize YLOHR Attendance App to permanently erase the following information associated with your account:

• Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Employee ID
• Department/Designation (if provided)
• Location Data (if applicable for attendance check-ins)
• Attendance Records
• Login History
• Device Information (used for security and login verification)

This deletion process ensures that all your personal and attendance data is completely removed from our servers.

How to Delete Your Data:

1. Open the YLOHR Attendance App and go to the Settings menu.
2. Select the "Delete My Data" option.
3. Confirm your choice when prompted to permanently delete all your data from our system.

Important: Once you confirm, this action cannot be undone. All your personal information and attendance records will be permanently deleted.
